The Prompt Care is a joke. They can’t treat anything more serious than a cold. I called to ask if they could see me for something and was they could. But when I show up, they can’t treat it. This scummy company dismissed me while I was in a mental health crisis, which was caused by one of their providers telling me to change my medications for no reason.

Absolutely horrible "care" the NP was condescending and didn't even ask any questions. Asked me "what do you want us to do?" Why are you asking me? Youre the doctor! I was in extreme pain, not one care in the world.

Ok I’m redoing my review because they made it right. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months that was canceled less than 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours of trying to reach someone I got ahold of Anette in the call center and she is the assistant manager. She found a way to get my son in before it was too late and Dr. James made a special appointment to get us in. Thank you so much! I appreciate you guys for making it right.

Used to be good but I don't know what kind of leadership they have now this place has become awful. Never again I am gonna go back there. The dentist upstairs has always been good but the clinic down has become something else. Just awful.
